Wear is proof.

One jacket. Eleven years. Three repairs. Two owners. Still outside.

Product Stories

Arc’teryx builds products to last. ReBIRD already helps keep them in use. What if every product carried the history to prove it? ReBIRD already keeps products in use through care, repair, trade-in and resale. But each interaction stands largely on its own. A persistent product record could connect ownership, care, repair and resale across its entire life. Instead of simply saying Arc’teryx products are built to last, the product itself becomes the proof.

Product Care & Repair Hub

Wear does not diminish the story of an Arc’teryx product. Wear is the story.

Every wash, repair and change of ownership becomes part of the product’s record. Care gets easier. Repairs stay visible. Used gear comes with a history. And Arc’teryx stays connected to the product long after the original sale, even when it changes hands outside its own channels. The account belongs to the customer. The history belongs to the product. Start with technical shells, where durability, maintenance and repair already matter. If the model works, expand from there.
